Our Principal Engineer, Tasha Higgins, is a champion of leadership. To every project Ms. Higgins brings a level of integrity and excellence forgotten in todays business culture.

Ms. Higgins has an exceptional and valuable career experience. She has worked in both public and private sectors, but her tenure as a transportation engineer with Caltrans has solidified her diverse background. Her eleven years in Project Management have made her proficient in the nine knowledge areas and five process groups of Project Management. She has experience in project initiation and planning, execution, monitoring and control, and project close out. She specializes in project scheduling via Primavera Project Planner (P3) and developing a project’s Risk Management Plan (RMP). Ms. Higgins also has a variety of skills in construction management, roadway and traffic design and local land development.
